| | Property 2008 | After the dynamic entrance of 1st Property Exhibition that was organized in last
November, 2nd Property Exhibition will open its gates from 14th till 16th of coming November in HELEXPO PALACE in Athens.
Having as a target to increase even more the high quality standards of last Property Show, the second Exhibition is expected to be bigger with participations of the most
recognized companies of Greek Real Estate Market.
Apartments, maisonettes, business facilities, vacation houses, areas for development, large scale projects from all over Greece, Cyprus and the Balkans will be on the show for three days at HELEXPO Palace in an area of around 5,000 sq.ms.
At the same time, more foreign exhibitors are expected to participate, presenting their latest construction plans in Balkans as well as in Dubai, Spain and Cyprus.
2nd Real Estate Conference will be organized within the Show, in terms of which the
progress of Greek Real Estate market will be discussed, as well as latest news and
perspectives of Greek market for next years.
Real Estate Executives from selected Europe markets will be invited to participate in 2nd Real Estate Conference presenting new ways to develop properties and identifying investment opportunities both in Greece and abroad.
In terms of “ExpoPartenariat Program”, HELEXPO will invite Real Estate Specialists
and Investing Companies from selected European markets in order to schedule
business meetings with exhibitors who want to present remarkable property
development proposals.
