Lior Meyer is the Director of Brand Marketing and Communications at Tel Aviv Global, the official marketing, tourism and global economic development organization for the City of Tel Aviv. Managing Tel Aviv’s global brand, he leads a team dedicated to telling the City’s story brilliantly, engaging audiences and stakeholders throughout the world and enhancing Tel Aviv’s ability to compete on the global stage. He plays a key-role in devising and executing Tel Aviv's brand and marketing strategy and in generating international media coverage, online discussion and offline campaigns. All these have brought city international recognition and fame over the last few years as one of the world’s leading “Startup Cities”, one of the best gay destinations in the world and a global leader in creativity and smart city policies.
He holds a BA in Political Science and International Relations from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a MA in Political Marketing from the IDC Herzliya.
