Sakis Papadopoulos
Tourism Journalist Omorfa Taxidia
Sakis Papadopoulos was born in Thessaloniki and studied at the Aristotle University. He has been involved in journalism since his school years, initially in the newspaper “Thessaloniki” in sports reporting.
Since 1998 he has been journalist dealing with tourist and travel issues. Since 2005, he has been the head editor of the travel magazine "Travels" of Macedonia's Sunday newspaper and the Omorfa Taxidia website, with 173 thousand funs on facebook. He is also the publisher of the homonymous tourist magazine. He has taken part in dozens of tourist conferences as a speaker as well as a coordinator.
